My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been shaped by a life of cultural experiences, personal growth, and my own journey of healing. Originally from the Middle East and having spent many years living in Canada and South America, I have experienced firsthand the ways that culture, relationships, life transitions, and our sense of identity can shape how we understand ourselves and navigate the world.
My own experiences have led me to spend considerable time exploring the deeper patterns that influence how we think, feel, relate to others, and make choices in our lives. Through my own journey of self-discovery and healing, I came to recognize how meaningful it can be to have a space where we are truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
Over time, this personal journey developed into a deeper desire to help others navigate their own challenges and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful. Becoming a psychotherapist was, for me, a natural extension of that path—a way to turn my experiences, education, and passion for understanding people into work that I find genuinely meaningful.
I believe that therapy is not simply about eliminating symptoms or fixing what feels wrong. It can also be an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, heal from past experiences, and become more intentional about the life and relationships you want to create.

My Philosophy

A Compassionate Approach to Mental Well-Being

We see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experiences, concerns, and goals; we bring professional knowledge, therapeutic tools, and a non-judgmental space where you can explore them.
Our approach focuses on understanding the whole person—not simply the challenges they are experiencing. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier patterns, and meaningful change.

My Mission

Helping You Move Forward With Greater Confidence

Our mission is to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and effective therapy that helps individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build the emotional tools needed for lasting well-being.

We aim to make therapy a space where meaningful conversations can lead to meaningful change.

You Don't Have to Navigate It Alone

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be going through a difficult season of life, feeling stuck, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships.0
